In this league players can be traded within their sport as normal, as well as between sports. All trades that take place in only one sport can be accepted and voted on as in a normal ESPN league. All trades involving players from multiple sports must be posted in the appropriate sub-board (under the Trades topic tree) on the proboard site, where they will be voted on over the usual 2 day period. If the league votes to allow the trade an LM will complete the trade process on the actual ESPN leagues.
Portions of player salaries can also be kept during a trade. For example, if Frank Gore costs $20 and is traded, a stipulation of the trade could be that the original owner retains $7 of Gore's original salary, thus giving trading more flexibility when dealing with more expensive players.
A team still cannot go over the individual league caps even if they acquire extra overall salary cap space.
