February 22nd - The clock for the MLB Prospect Draft begins at 8am EST. Teams have 12 hours to make their selections or they will be temporarily skipped. A skipped pick can be remade at any time. The draft order, up to date with trades, has been posted. If you see any discrepancies message me so we can figure it out.
March 1st - Final decisions on any Restricted Free Agents must be posted at this point. Any Restricted Free Agent who has not received a Qualifying Offer by 11:59pm EST on March 1st will become unrestricted free agents. This is also the final day to post any Free Contract Drops (if the team has any remaining). The drops will reset after the MLB drop period and restart with the NFL drop period.
March 2nd - Payrolls switch from 2016 to 2017
March 6th - Free agency for all players (including RFA's) begins at 8am EST. All normal free agency procedures apply

I was literally about to ask the same thing. I have totally forgotten how many I've used so far.

The only way is to go back to the previous sports and add them up. In your cases, Norwich has 2 remaining and Buffalo has all 4

Thanks. Perhaps there could be a thread which states each team's remaining contract drops that would be edited after each drop period to make it easier to keep track?

If you know that you are going to drop someone you can post it now, but it will NOT show up on your current payroll. It will not be effective until payrolls switch to 2017
