The freedom accept. I know we all have our own varying opinions. It is my opinion that carr contract is too high for me. 16 teams maybe doable 12 not so much. I believe I can find a cheaper quarterback. That will put up similar numbers. I have too many high-priced players on the football team. By trading carr I can use my free drop on another player. I love draft picks. Tyler Lockett is a player I still believe in and think he's due for a breakout year. The rights to Landon Collins. He is a player I've tried getting 4 months now it's feels like. But if the price gets too high. I will be more than happy to take the compensation. All in all this helps me spread out my NFL money a little better

With Matt Ryan hitting RFA, and at a price I didn't really want to offer a contract on, I would need to sign a QB in the auction. Now that issue is no more bringing in Carr to go with Eli. Tried gettng Carr in the auction last year as well. Lockett I like and he could break out but I have numerous WRs, Landon Collins was only an RFA. Might have offered a contract to him, might not have. Happy to trade a player technically not even on my team. As for the pick, with two firsts and another second, losing this pick doesn't bother me.
